Shirley R. Pearman, 85, of Hillsdale, died October 24, 2017 at 5:45 PM, in Terre Haute Regional Hospital.  She was born August 6, 1932 in Clinton to Samuel Lambert and Lena Gianotti Lambert.  
She was a 1950 graduate of Clinton High School.  She had worked as a Title One tutor for many years for South Vermillion School Corporation.  She was a member of the Montezuma Christian Church and a member of the former Rebekah Lodge in Hillsdale.  
She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Teresa Pearman; her husband, Harold “Pappy” Pearman; and two brothers, Robert and Richard Lambert.
She is survived by one son, Mike and Cathy Pearman of Clinton; three daughters, Debbie and Rex Thomas of Montezuma, Susan Pearman of Hillsdale, and Keshia Pearman of Hillsdale; five grandchildren, Stephani Walker of Nashville, TN, Wendi and Billy Collins of Clarksville, TN, Emily Maitre of Montezuma, Michael Pearman of Clinton, and Melissa and Daniel Ellis of Terre Haute; six great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; one brother, James and Suzie Lambert of Clinton; three sisters, Janice Archer of Clinton, Sandra Brewer of Rosedale, and Pamela Runyan of Rosedale; and several nieces and nephews.  
Visitation will be 5-8 PM on Friday at Brown-Mack Funeral Home.  Services will be 11 AM on Saturday at the funeral Home with Reverend Craig Belser officiating.  Burial will be in Highland Cemetery in Hillsdale.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Visiting Nurses Association and Hospice of the Wabash Valley.  Online condolences may be made at www.brownmackfuneralhome.com.
