Perry D. Wilson

Perry D. Wilson, 62, of Rockville, passed away on Thursday June 1, 2023, in his home.

He was born in Terre Haute, IN on December 11, 1960, to Raymond Glenn Wilson and Jessie Helen Tislow Wilson.

Perry was a graduate of Montezuma High School Class of 1979. He was a member of the River Rat Rodders Car Club, Mountain Man Rendezvous, the Masonic Lodge, and Scottish Rite.

Preceding Perry in death are his Parents, and brothers Raymond Gail Wilson and Randy Glenn Wilson.

Perry is survived by his wife Shari Emery Wilson of Rockville; daughter Ashley Dix (Zechariah) of Wake Forrest, NC., and son Chandler Strayer (Jenny) of Brazil, IN., brother Rick E. Wilson (Connie) of Benbrook, TX., mother-in-law Carol Emery of Clinton, sister-in-law Judy Wilson of Montezuma; brothers-in-law Steve, Rick and Billy Emery; best friend Danny Blackburn (Pam) of Coloma, IN., six grandchildren Zarianna Dix, Maylina Dix, Rahimah Dix, Eliachim Dix, Ezra Strayer and Aria Strayer. Also surviving are several nephews and his beloved dog Shakey.

A visitation will be held at Brown-Mack Funeral Home on Tuesday June 6, 2023, from 11:00am until 1:00pm. Funeral Service at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Larry Branham officiating. There will be a Masonic Service prior to the Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Montezuma.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to SouthernCare Hospice of Terre Haute, or Parke-Vermillion Humane Society in memory of Perry.
