Paula Sue Mercer, 65, of Crawfordsville, formerly of Montezuma, passed away at Franciscan Health Hospital at Crawfordsville, on Friday, December 13, 2019.
She was born December 2, 1954, in Clinton, to Wayne Grimm and Bertha Myers Grimm. She was a professional photographer and worked for the Department of Work Force Development. She was a member of the Journey Church at Plainfield, graduated from Montezuma High School class of 1972, and graduated from Indiana State University.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her sister, Diana (Bob) Wendell of Veedersburg and 2 nieces, Elyse Wendell of Crawfordsville and Kirsten Wendell of Lafayette.
Visitation will be on Saturday, December 21, from 12 to 2 pm at the Independent Baptist Church in Montezuma. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm at the Independent Baptist Church in Montezuma with Pastor Edwin Bontreger officiating. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Montezuma.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association.
