Patsy S. Penn, 75, of Rockville, passed away on Friday, September 3, 2021, at 3:35 pm.
She was born May 2, 1946, in Clinton, to Frank and Edith Market.
Patsy was a member of the Montezuma Independent Baptist Church. She was previously a beautician.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Penn; brothers, Gene, Jack, Reggie, Bob, and Bill Market; and sisters, Violet Smith, Mary Newnum, Ruby Nixon, and Linda Moore.
She is survived by her son, Brookelyn (Patricia) Penn; brother, Jim Market; sister Judy Walters; grandchildren, Ashley (Joey) Davis and Derek (Lizzy) Penn; great-grandchildren, Zoey Chaney, Gracie Davis, Sophia Davis, Gab Davis, Michael Penn, Tyler Penn; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Patsy will be on Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 11 am to 1 pm at Montezuma Independent Baptist Church. The funeral service will be at the church at 1 pm with Rev. Keith McIntyre officiating. Burial will follow at the Coloma Cemetery.
