Michelle Carroll Reed, 54, of Mecca, died September 6, 2019, in her residence. She was born November 26, 1964, in Clinton, to Ivan Carroll and Marion Jean Hollingsworth Carroll.
She had worked as a nutritionist at several nursing homes.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Marion Jean Fellows; grandmothers, Esther Hollingsworth and Opal Carroll; and several other family members.
She is survived by her father, Ivan Carroll of Mecca; four sons, Charles W. Keller, Jr of Mecca, Jeremy Babyak (Jessica) of Mecca, Justin Babyak (Angela) of Mecca, and Jordan Reed (CJ) of Rockville; step-father, Donnie Fellows of Mecca; two brothers, Dwayne of Mecca and Allen of Mecca; one sister, Emily of Spencer; eight grandchildren, Logan, Kaylee, Zander, Stella, Opal, Ravelyn, Mason, and Hallie; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be Tuesday, from 4:00-8:00 PM at Brown-Mack Funeral Home. Services will be on Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Brown-Mack, with Reverend Keith McIntyre officiating. Burial will follow in Hixon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Parke-Vermillion County Humane Society. Online condolences may be made at www.brownmackfuneralhome.com.
