Mark D. Mathas

Mark D. Mathas, 73, of Montezuma, passed away on Sunday December 21, 2025, at his home.

He was born in Clinton, Indiana on July 20, 1952, to Darrell Mathas and Martha (Antey) Mathas who precede him death.

Mark was a graduate of Montezuma High School class of 1971, and he drove a truck for AutoZone Distribution Center in Danville, Illinois. Mark was a member of the Montezuma Christian Church.

Surviving is his daughter, Robin Pearman (Ethan) of Montezuma; sons, Darin Mathas of Lyford, Luther Mathas (Sarah), and Chris Mathas; sister, Karen Mathas of Alcoa, TN., grandchildren Kaylee Mathas, Haylee Mathas, Max Mathas, Vincent Mathas, and Presley Mathas.

Honoring Marks wishes cremation was chosen. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
