Linda Moore, 72, of Coloma, died November 15, 2016 at her son’s residence in Coloma. She was born January 6, 1944. Linda was one of 12 children born to Frank and Edith Market.
She always felt so blessed to be a part of a big family. More than anything in life, Linda enjoyed all her family and worked tirelessly to let them know. She enjoyed gardening, being outside and loved singing, especially with her sisters. Her brothers and sisters were gifts from all sides of the family that her and her husband created. She loved rocking and singing the children and especially captivating all the children with her stories of the mystical “Hoomahula”.
At a young age, she met and married the love of her life, Paul R. Moore. Together they travelled the country and loved and laughed about all their great adventures. Paul and Linda had 4 children, Paula (Ed), Todd (Mimo), Alan, and Timothy (deceased).
Linda’s love was endless for her family and she often referred to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren as the “Jewels in her Crown” in heaven. Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, daughter Teresa, and son, Timothy. She grieved their loss daily. Linda was also preceded by many beloved siblings.
Her remaining family takes comfort in knowing that Linda will joining the circle of loved ones in Heaven, on the porch of her Heavenly Father. We envision lots of hugs, songs, and laughter. To show our love and say, “Goodbye”.
