Larry L. Bartlow, 83, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at his home in Montezuma.
Larry was born in Clinton, Indiana on April 14, 1941, to the late Paul R. Bartlow and Virginia L. (Jones) Bartlow.
On October 29, 1969, he married the love of his life, Eva “Lou” (Davies) Bartlow. They shared 53 years of marriage before her passing on March 1, 2023.
Larry was a United States Army veteran having served his country during the Vietnam war. He retired from Futurex where he was a fork truck operator for many years. Larry was a member of the Helt Township Fire and Rescue, the I.V.F.A. & I.V.F.A.A. and the Montezuma Presbyterian Church.
Those left to remember Larry are his brothers Charles Bartlow (Jeri) of Collierville, TN., and Paul K. Bartlow (Diana) of Montezuma, special friends Jodi Rohr and Christina Reef and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Gentiva Hospice Care and Tracy’s girls; Juanita, Diana, Connie, Shelby and Summer who all took such wonderful care of Larry.
Visitation will be at Brown-Mack Funeral Home on Sunday, February 9, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The I.V.F.A. and I.V.F.A.A. will have their memorial service at 5:30 p.m. Funeral Service will be at Brown-Mack Funeral Home on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. with pastor Keith McIntyre officiating. Military honors will be prior to the service. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made the Montezuma Forever Fund or the I.V.F.A. in memory of Larry.
