Jennifer D. Cummins, 33, of Hillsdale, died December 16, 2017 at 1:45 PM in IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born July 21, 1984 in Terre Haute to Dan McFall and Mary Pearman McFall. She was a homemaker and devoted mother. She also was a former 4-H member, in the Girl Scouts, and a member of the former Montezuma Civic Club.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Arla McFall; maternal grandparents, Harold and Jean Mayes and Paul Pearman; her father-in-law, Tim McCarty; and one uncle, JR Pearman.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Cummins of Hillsdale; three daughters, Ava Rose Cummins, Mary Jain Cummins, and Charlee Daniel Cummins, all of Hillsdale; a step-daughter, Madison Pollick of Ohio; her parents, Dan and Mary McFall of Hillsdale; one sister, Kristie and Joe Jones of Hillsdale; grandfather, James McFall of Hillsdale; mother-in-law, Rosellen McCarty of Hillsdale; two brothers-in-law, Shawn and Terrie Cummins of Hillsdale and Jay Cummins; two sisters-in-law, Crissy Jackson of Hillsdale and Marti Crowder of Cayuga; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be 4-8 PM on Tuesday at Brown-Mack Funeral Home. Services will be 2 PM on Wednesday at Brown-Mack with Reverend Keith McIntyre officiating.
