Jeffery L. Atkinson, 63, of Montezuma, died at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Saturday, May 4, 2019 at 8:08 am.
He was born in Clinton on February 2, 1956, to Robert and Nancy Fortner Atkinson.
He was a member of Plumber and Steamfitters # 157, where he retired after 40 years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Atkinson; an infant brother, Robert Joe Atkinson and a brother, Timothy Atkinson.
Survivors include his wife, Pam Daugherty Atkinson of Montezuma; his mother, Nancy Atkinson, also of Montezuma; five daughters, Amanda (Michael) Jones of Hillsdale, Bridget (James) Beasley of Montezuma, Amanda (Stephan) Burleson of Montezuma, Ashley (Gary) Campbell of St. Bernice, and Abby (Anthony) Campbell of Montezuma; a brother, Stacy (Carla) Atkinson of Montezuma; seven grandsons; six granddaughters; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews; and best friend,  Bryan Ritchey of Guion, IN and special friend, Cindy Atkinson.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 7, 2019 from 1 to 3 pm at Brown-Mack Funeral Home in Montezuma.  Funeral services will be at 3 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Keith McIntyre officiating.  Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery in Montezuma.
