Jack L. Britton, 63, of Hillsdale, died January 2, 2020, at 11:12 AM, in his residence. He was born September 14, 1956, in Clinton, to Harry Britton and Inez Peveler Britton.
He was a truck driver and was a member of the American Rifle Association.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Randy Britton; his best friend, Rick Fortner; his former wife, Brenda; a nephew, John Wayne Buker; and his two beloved dogs, Harold and Sissy.
He is survived by his sister, Joyce Harrison of Coldwater, MS; six children, Jack Britton Jr, Sherri Britton, and Lisa Britton, all of Conneaut, OH, Amanda Britton and Kalee Britton, both of Terre Haute, and James Britton, of Potomac, IL; his dog, Rex; several people that were special to his hear; a niece Terri Southard of Hillsdale; a nephew, Mike Britton of Hillsdale; great-nieces; Shanea, Leah, and Jonnie; two great-nephews, Cameron and Brett Britton of Hillsdale; several grandchildren; one great-grandson; one brother, John Buker of Hillsdale, and his right hand man, Ted Allen of Montezuma; and his niece, Melissa Evol.
Visitation will be Sunday January 5th, from 2:00-4:00 PM, at Brown-Mack Funeral Home. Services will begin at 4:00 with Reverend Keith McIntyre officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, on Monday, at 2:00 PM. Online condolences may be made at www.brownmackfuneralhome.com.
