Donald Wayne Norman, 79, of Hillsdale, died February 26, 2022, at 4:27 PM, in Union Hospital Terre Haute. He was born September 17, 1942, in Hillsdale, to Elza “Pat” Millison Norman and Jewell Irene Brewer Norman.
He was retired from construction work. He was an US Army Korean War Veteran. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge Parke #8, Scottish Rite, Zorah Shrine, and was on the Hillsdale Water Board. He was also a 1960 graduate of Hillsdale High School.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a longtime companion, Lee Short.
He is survived by one brother, Mervin and Georgia Norman of Brownsburg, IN; two sisters, Wanda O’Donnell of Terre Haute and Janet Eden of Phoenix, AZ; and seven nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Brown-Mack Funeral Home, Friday, March 4th, from 10:00-11:00 AM, with services to begin at 11:00 AM with Reverend Keith McIntyre officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Military honors will be performed, with Masonic Memorial Services, to be held. Online condolences may be made at www.brownmackfuneralhome.com.
