Donald Joe Morris

Donald Joe Morris, 74, of Montezuma, passed away at his home on Friday July 25, 2025.

He was born in Terre Haute, Indiana on August 30, 1950, to John Morris and Wanda Lou (Haas) Morris who preceded Joe is death. Also preceding him are his two brothers Robert and William Morris.

Joe was a member of the congregation at Independent Baptist Church in Montezuma.

Those left behind to remember Joe are his wife Kay (Hamke) Morris of Montezuma, sons John Morris and Stephen Morris both of Terre Haute, daughter Jennifer Adkisson (Cary), his aunt Wilma Haas Heady of Terre Haute, eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on at the Independent Baptist Church in Montezuma on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Service at 5:00 p.m. with Pastor Keith McIntyre officiating. Cremation will follow.

In lieu of flower donations may be made to the Independent Baptist Church in memory of Joe.
