Charles Earl “Bud” Lohrmann, Montezuma, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2020 at the age of 90. He was born February 16,1929 in Hillsdale, IN to James and Hazel Lohrmann who preceded him in death. He graduated from Hillsdale High School in 1947 and was a Korean War Veteran of the US Navy.
He retired from Olin Corp, Covington, IN and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Montezuma.He married Jean Woodard Lohrmann on June 15, 1952. She preceded him in death on December 29,2009.
He was also preceded in death by 5 brothers, Virgil Paul, Rex, Frank,Joe and Roger and 2 sisters, Betty Jean Lohrmann and Virginia Harper.

He is survived by his two children, Brenda (Larry) Willhite of Montezuma and Brent (Jill) Lohrmann of Grand Rapids , MI ;four grandchildren, Brian (Courtney) Willhite, Hillsdale, Travis (Janet) Willhite, Clinton, Krista (Zach) Sietsema, Grand Rapids, MI, and Kelly (Scott) Naylor, Rockford, MI., 12 great grand children, brothers Mike and Robert, sisters, Donna Sears and Bonnie Watts, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, January 24, 2020, 4:00-7:00 pm and funeral will be Saturday, January 25, 10:00 am at Brown Mack Funeral Home in Montezuma. Military rites will be performed.  Rev. Cheryl Montgomery will officiate at the funeral service.  Burial will follow at Helts Prairie Cemetery in Hillsdale.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Backpack Program, First Presbyterian Church, PO Box 311, Montezuma, IN 47862.
