Carolyn Johnson, 69, of Montezuma, passed away at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 2:59 am.
She was born in Clinton on May 2, 1951, to Robert “Red” and Alice Pugh.
Carolyn was a  member of the Eastern Star Chapter in Montezuma.  She graduated at the top her class at Montezuma High School.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a cousin.
Survivors include her husband, Harry Zane Johnson of Montezuma .
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2020 from 11 am to 2 pm at Brown-Mack Funeral Home in Montezuma. Montezuma Chapter of Eastern Star will conduct services and funeral services will follow at 2 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Keith McIntyre officiating.  Cremation will follow and interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery in Montezuma.
