Betty "Jody" Smith

Betty Joan “Jody” Smith, 66, of Clinton, passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021, at her residence.  She was born July 28th, 1954, in Franklin, Indiana, to Dale and Betty Frodge Davis.
Jody was a homemaker and belonged to the Ladies Auxiliary of Clinton Boat Club.
She was preceded in death by her mother, and her brother, Dale Davis, Jr.
Jody is survived by her husband, Steve Smith, of Clinton; her father, Dale Davis Sr. (Linda), of Rockville; her children, Jason Smith (Laura Russell) of Clinton, Stephanie (Matt) Lawson, of Clinton, Matt (Nicole) Smith, of Blanford, and Shayne Smith, of Clinton; two sisters, Pam Sanders, and Kathy Sanders, both of Mecca; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 27th, 2021 at Brown-Mack Funeral Home in Montezuma, Indiana, from 11am until 1pm, services beginning at 1pm at the funeral home with Rev. Rick May officiating. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery, in Montezuma.
