Anita Marie (Hercules) Hendrix

Anita Marie Hendrix, 79, of Fontanet died at 9:25 AM on November 10, 2016 in Signature Healthcare Terre Haute.  She was born December 26, 1936 in Terre Haute to Mr. and Mrs. Scott Hercules.
On September 1, 1962, she married Rex Hendrix in Terre Haute and he survives.  After 43 years of service to Union Hospital in Terre Haute, she retired from the Medical Records Department.  
She also survived by her sister, Doris Kiburis of Terre Haute; and several nieces and nephews.  
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be 11-1 on Saturday at Brown-Mack Funeral Home in Montezuma.  Services will begin at 1 at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery.
