Cleola was my friend since we were both in grade school.  So many memories of her and all the fun we had growing up in a small town.  Cleola baby sat my daughter, Lindsie, when I went to work at the hospital in 1967, and she also spent the night with Lindsie & I when my husband was put on 3rd shift working for the railroad.  I was terrified to stay by myself, and she would come and spend the night with me.  She always put Vicks up her nose at bedtime, and to this day if I have a stopped up nose I put Vicks up my nose and I think of her every time.  Cleola was one of a kind, and we had many, many good times growing up and when we both worked in the hospital the second time I went to work there.  I cannot express how sorry I feel for her family after losing both Ronnie and Cleola a few days apart.  RIP my friend.  You were a good, good friend.  I will never forget the good times we shared.

My deepest and most heartfelt condolences, Rex.  Word of your mom's passing is terrible news leaving us in shock.  Perhaps someday it will be some comfort to the family that she and your dad will be forever together in Heaven with no fear or loneliness.

To Family of Cleola,
I’m sending my sympathy to you all. My heart aches for you, especially since you just lost Ronnie. Sorry I could not be there today but you are in my thoughts and my prayers.

Carolyn a special hug to you. ❤️ I hope she has already met up with Ronnie, Paul, Marcia and Louie. I’ve been thinking of you Carolyn.
