Dear Tressa,
I was so sad to learn of Steve's accident and untimely death.  He was a great man and loved his family deeply.  I have great memories of working with you, getting to know you and your family, and watching the boys grow up. How many times did Steve tell me how much he enjoyed his life on the farm with all of you! I hope you will take some comfort in knowing that I will be thinking of you often and offering up prayers for your strength  in the days to come. I know Steve will be so missed by you and that the joyful memories of you life together will be treasured by you forever.  Please extend my sympathies to AJ, Andy  and their families, and your mother as well .

Tressa and family,
It is so hard to have the right thing to say at such a sad time as this.  I have been reliving old memories over the last week-memories of when we were roommates and you first met Steve.  The thing that comes to my mind most is how you always lit up when he walked into a room.  I remember how much fun and how funny he was. I remember how perfect you were together and how much you obviously loved each other.  It had been almost 30 years when I visited you in March and I left your home thinking the same thing.  After all of these years it was so obvious how much love there was between you and Steve and in your home.  You still lit up when he walked into the room.  Steve will always be remembered by me as someone who was welcoming, kind and funny.  He was genuine and that is hard to find today.  I know you already miss him terribly.  I am praying for God's comfort to surround you and your family and for beautiful memories to fill your days.  I love you!

My condolences to his family and friends!  Steve was such a nice person and giving to the youth in his community.   When he was in the Rockville store, he and Kevin always donated to the Rockville Summer Youth Baseball and Softball.  They gave hotdogs and buns for the jamboree for years.  I was so sorry to hear about the accident and his passing.  RIP STEVE.  Again Iā€™m so sorry for your loss.
